Delete Form Templates

This how-to guide focuses on deleting Form Templates in Authorium. Deleting a Form Template permanently removes it from the system, making it unavailable for future use.

When to Delete a Form Template​

You should delete a Form Template when you need to:

  • The template is no longer relevant or needed.
  • You want to permanently remove outdated templates to keep the list organized.
  • The template was created by mistake and is not required.

To Delete a Form Template​

  1. Click Configuration from the sidebar.
  2. Select the Global Project Content tab.
  3. Select the Form Templates sub-tab.
  4. Locate the desired Form Template in the list and click the Kebab menu on the far right.
  5. Click Delete Form from the dropdown menu.

  6. Click Confirm in the pop-up window.
