Add Additional Parties (Assignments)
This guide explains how to manually add new departments or external parties in the Multi-Party Project Assignment (MPPA) stage in case they were not included in the original form selection.
When to Add Additional Parties
You should add new parties when:
- You want to involve departments not listed from the form.
- You need to expand project participation beyond the initial scope.
- Additional reviewers or collaborators are needed.
To Add Additional Parties
- In the MPPA stage, click + Add Assignment from the Project Assignments banner.
- Enter the Group/Department Name.
- Add the Name and Email of the contact for that group.
- Click Invite Organization to finalize the assignment.
These added contacts will receive the same access and responsibilities as those assigned through form-driven selections.
