Add Additional Parties (Assignments)

This guide explains how to manually add new departments or external parties in the Multi-Party Project Assignment (MPPA) stage in case they were not included in the original form selection.

When to Add Additional Parties

You should add new parties when:

  • You want to involve departments not listed from the form.
  • You need to expand project participation beyond the initial scope.
  • Additional reviewers or collaborators are needed.

To Add Additional Parties

  1. In the MPPA stage, click + Add Assignment from the Project Assignments banner.

  2. Enter the Group/Department Name.
  3. Add the Name and Email of the contact for that group.
  4. Click Invite Organization to finalize the assignment.

These added contacts will receive the same access and responsibilities as those assigned through form-driven selections.
